About Pioneer Paint Company

Our staff has over 150 years of experience in the fields of paint manufacturing, application, and sales.  Relying on experience to assist you in your painting project, no matter the size, you will find someone at Pioneer paint that can help. 

Owner – Lonnie Shepherd has been with Pioneer Paint since 1971. 

Lonnie came to Pioneer paint with over 10 years experience in paint related retail and wallpaper installation.  Question for Lonnie?  He is always happy to help.

Chemist – Davis Janeway’s entire career as a chemist has been with Pioneer Paint, following in the footsteps of his father who was the founder of Pioneer Paint. 

Manager – John Brand spent 25 years as a painter contracting throughout central California.  John has painting experience in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.  As a ten year employee at Pioneer Paint, John is always available to assist you with your project. 

Sales Staff include Lonnie, John, Wes Johnson,  Jose (Tito) Ruiz.  Wes has been with Pioneer Paint for 12 years and can help you with any and all your painting needs.   Newest employee, Tito, joined our staff in the summer of 2006 and is eager to pass on his new knowledge to you. 

Manufacturing staff  Hector Martinez.  Hector bring over 10 years experience to Pioneer Paint.  This longevity reflects the consistency of our manufacturing process.
